Shipping policy

Dispatch

We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery

We ship with Australia Post. Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days of dispatch, depending on your state and how remote your address is. These are Australia Post's estimates, and delays can happen during peak periods or bad weather.

Shipping costs

• Orders $60 and over: free shipping.
• Orders under $60: shipping is calculated at checkout from your address.

Problems with your delivery

If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or it turns up damaged, email us at contact@sparxx.com.au with your order number and we'll help sort it out with Australia Post.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
