Change of mind

You can return glasses within 14 days of delivery if they're unworn and in their original packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. We'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method once we've received and checked the return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your glasses arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered, email us with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll cover reasonable return postage for faulty items.

How to start a return

Email orders@sparxx.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.
